  1. I am particularly drawn to the first cartoon by Steve Breen. “In a multi-racial society, trust, understanding and tolerance are the cornerstones of peace and order.” – Kamisese Mara. As many of these political cartoonist’s depictions prove, America has a long way to go. Thank-you!

    • The rest of the cartoons had such a different feel to them, I thought leading off with Breen’s was the right call. I’m glad to hear that one resonated with you, Ellen.

  2. Hello TokyoSand. Great selection. I love them. They get the message across in a powerful way. Hugs

  3. Reblogged this on Filosofa's Word and commented:
I haven’t done a cartoon post for a couple of months. The political cartoons today are darker, more brooding … but then, so is our nation. Today, though, I am ready for a break from my usual fare … the snarky & angst need to rest for just a minute. So … today I am sharing TokyoSand’s weekly cartoon roundup. The ‘toons sometimes speak louder than words. Thank you, TS!

  4. These are all amazing. Great job compiling! See you on PW lately, so came to check it out
    Love it. Truck Fump
