Bill Taylor is a West Point graduate and U.S. Army veteran, longtime public servant who has served under both Republican and Democratic presidents, and most recently has been serving as our ambassador to Ukraine. In his opening statement, he laid out the entire timeline of his involvement as the ambassador, a post he took up shortly after the Trump administration ousted Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch.
He clearly lays out the facts and in the most compelling way. I was listening to this in my car on my way to work, and was so riveted that I stayed in my parked car, listening to it in its entirety before heading into work.
