  1. Any update on this one: Louisiana

*Governor John Edwards (D)* is the incumbent. The official filing deadline is not until August 8, so we won’t know who else is running for a while.

    And this one: Mississippi

In Mississippi, all of the seats in the state Senate and the state House will have elections. *The primaries will be held on August 6, and the general election is on November 5. *Currently, the governor and state chambers are all Republican led. But, with a well-known and popular Democrat running for the governorship in 2019 , it could boost Democratic turnout across the state and help chip away at the Republican majorities. New Jersey

In New Jersey, all of the seats in the state General Assembly will have elections. (There are no elections for the state Senate). *The primaries will be held on June 4, and the general election is on November 5. *

    Virginia

In Virginia, all of the seats in the state Senate and the state House will have elections. *The primaries will be held on June 11, and the general election is on November 5. *Flipping the state chambers so that the Democrats hold the majority in 2019 will be critical to getting fairly drawn district maps once the census is taken in 2020.

I noticed that the links went to previous articles – just looking for updates if possible.

Thank you for all you do!
