The time to be turning out the vote for midterms is NOW.
Over 20 states have started early voting, ballots are arriving in the mailboxes of those states with all mail-in balloting, and everyone else will be voting in less than 3 weeks. We need to be asking folks to vote for the Democratic candidates right now.
Weekends are a good time for many to volunteer their time, so right now, figure out what you want to do to help get out the vote this weekend.
There are many, many places you can go to find GOTV events, but here’s a good, one-stop-shopping site: Mobilize America
You can find events near you by entering your zip code. OR, you can search for a type of event–whether in person (like canvassing, etc.) or remote (like text banking, postcarding, emailing, phone banking, etc.) Whatever you fancy, there is an opportunity perfect for you.
